Who we are

Flynder is a dating and community app in development for aviation professionals, available at flynder.flights.

What data we currently process

Waitlist: your email address, language preference, sign-up time and confirmation status.
Technical: brief server logs for security and troubleshooting.

We use double opt-in: your email address is only actively used after you confirm it through the confirmation link. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

What we use your email address for

Only to keep you posted on the launch of Flynder and to invite you to the first version. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.

Retention

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted no later than 6 months after signing up. Confirmed sign-ups are kept until launch or until you unsubscribe.

Where your data lives

The site and database run on Cloudflare. Data is stored encrypted and is only accessible to the Flynder team.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Contact channels will become available at launch; until then you can unsubscribe through the link in our emails.
